The Dangers of a High Protein Diet!

So many people turn to high protein diets to lose weight and build muscle, not knowing the harm that they are doing to their bodies! High protein diets are highly acidic and toxic, especially when derived from animal sources.


Your body has to spend so much time and energy to break down these complex protein structures into simplified amino acids before it is even in a usable form that can be absorbed and utilized.

The fact is, the body can not use protein in its original form at all.


So why is a high protein diet so popular nowadays?

Because it is dangerously being used as a way to lose weight fast.


The Science:

The immense amount of energy required to break down protein structures will cause the body to start breaking down its stored fat reservoirs.


But this causes major acidosis in the body. If history has shown us anything, the infamous Atkins diet that promotes a high protein and low carb diet has been sued multiple times due to the ill-effects the diet has had on its clientele.


Reports of kidney failure and death have been linked to such a diet!


Today, this toxic diet has been rebranded and given the name of keto, paleo, & carnivore diet. No one that eats this diet walks away with good health.

Muscle tissue is also broken down, the body becomes weakened, and then dies.
